Online Interpersonal Communication Course
Have you ever wondered how effective your communications style is? Are you able to successfully communicate in an international setting? Or is what you are trying to convey “being lost in translation”?
In this course you will learn about different communication styles and theories and putting them into practice. You will receive the tools to navigate verbal and nonverbal communication, overcome intercultural communication challenges and improve your personal communication style. You will gain insights into how perceptions and emotions impact our communication and the skillset to become an overall confident, persuasive public speaker in an international environment.

Fees: 160€ (150€ for members of the FV)
Morning Conversation Group
Different topics relating to American culture will be discussed within the group. The discussions will be based on texts, but the emphasis of the course will be on improving conversation skills, building vocabulary, and on gaining a deeper understanding of the American way of life.
Online Conversation Course

The emphasis of the course will be on improving conversations skills within a small group of six people, building vocabulary based on texts and short videos.

Getting Started Again: Conversation with Confidence (Level A2/B1)
Expand your fluency and confidence in speaking English in a small group (a maximum of 6 participants). If you don’t have regular contact with the language, this is a good way to practice and improve your level. Interesting topics and a variety of language activities from English language publications (all available in the DAI library) provide the background to this course which aims to develop both confidence and comprehension in conversation skills. Level: 3 to 5 years of school English or equivalent knowledge.
