Story Time for Kids (Recommended for ages 3 - 6)

Join us for our Story Time for Kids, an English-language reading session for children between the ages of three and six. Native speakers read stories in English, make arts and crafts projects, sing songs, or play games related to the topic of the book. Story Time is free of charge and there is no registration necessary, so be sure to stop by with your little ones!

Time: 3:30 - 4:30PM, every second Tuesday of the month at the DAI.

STEM Day for Kids (Recommended for ages 6 - 10)

Is your child interested in doing fun experiments and diving into the fascinating world of science? Then come join us for our STEM Day led by American neuroscientist Jessica Van Doren, where children will be introduced to the fun of science while practicing their English skills at the same time!

The term "STEM" is an abbreviation for four closely connected areas of study: science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

Dr. phil. Jessica Van Doren is an American neuroscientist from Idaho, who has been living in Germany since 2010. As a neuroscientist and therapist, her passion is to make science accessible to improve understanding of difficult illnesses.

Time: 3:30 - 4:30PM, every first Monday of the month at the DAI
